Warranty Terms
The products of IVADAR DESIGN LTD come in high quality, which you can trust!
All of our sunshading products have 36 months warranty period, which starts from the date of manufacturing. The warranty covers any kinds of defects, which have appeared in result of the materials qualities or manufacturing. Repair time depends on the product and its manufacturing complexity. If a warranty defect is present, it is covered by IVADAR DESIGN LTD by replacing the defective part or product in the shortest time possible. If the product cannot be repaired, it is replaced by a completely new one of the same kind. The warranty period of the new part is the same as the one replaced. There is no law regulating the maximum number of repairs, which necessitate product replacement.
The warranty is void if any in the following cases:
– Incorrect installation by the client or unauthorized personnel
– The damage is due to an accident, moisture, electrical incidents, dust, animal contact, detergents or liquids.
– Incorrect exploitation of the product, incorrect cleaning and use during climate conditions such as rain, snow, strong winds, hail, or anything not matching the manufacturer’s requirements.
– Unauthorized repairs, without returning the product to the specialized staff at IVADAR DESIGN.
– Color fading of the textile materials, cloths or plastic components is not covered by warranty.
– The cloth sticking (and eventually tearing) because of glass condensation.
– The physical integrity of the product is compromised.
– Nuance differences with natural materials.
Color variations of up to 20% are possible depending on the batch. Texture variations of the cloth threads are also possible.
If a warranty defect is present, it is covered by IVADAR DESIGN LTD by replacing the defective part or product in the shortest time possible. Our service stations are at your disposal if you need any repairs outside your warranty too.
Cancelling an order
The sunshading products are manufactured exclusively on client’s request. They cannot be returned for any reason outside of warranty repairs. Order cancellation or change of order specifications are valid only before the product is manufactured.
Warranty terms for “Somfy” motorization
The warranty period for “Somfy” motorization and automation is 60 months from the date of production. It covers all function defects related to the “Somfy” motorization units, caused by bad material quality, production and/or installation. The warranty is void in cases of incorrect product use and incorrect manipulations of the units; also in case of mechanical damages of the unit’s components; also in case of disassembling the product and trying unauthorized manipulations; also in case of damages due to malfunction of the electrical installation, or using power outside of the specified requirements (230V/50Hz).
Warranty terms for blind and curtain cloths
The warranty period is 36 months from the date of installation. It covers all defects caused by bad material quality, production and/or installation. The valid warranty card has to have the installation date filled in and to have a stamp from the retailer that installs the product. When requesting repairs, the warranty card has to be presented together with a document to verify the purchase. IVADAR DESIGN LTD has the right of final assessment and approval related to replacing the cloth after inspection.
Warranty terms for cloths PARA Tempotest® for sunshades
Tempotest® comes with a high quality warranty for a long life!
The warranty is valid for a period of 8 years and starts from the moment of purchasing the product. It is valid only with a Tempotest® certificate and only covers Tempotest® cloths. The warranty covers only color fading and cloth durability during normal use under sunny conditions, saltiness or common atmospheric factors. Any additional expenses on the manufacturing and installation of the product are not covered by the warranty, and also any damages due to incorrect exploitation, mechanical interventions, deliberate misuse and incorrect installation. The warranty does not extend to any expenses on manufacturing the product, which uses the Tempotest® cloth.
